The flashiest structure in Lake Town, Lilly Pad is also the local brothel. Staffed by both human and mutants, it offers a brief respite to those who can afford it.
History[]
Lilly Pad was founded by Gerry Monch in 2269 as a way to generate income in the slum, as well as retain his influence. The brothel was put into a slightly renovated house, and staffed with several people who needed work. Business was slow initially, as few locals had money and those in town were doubtful of laying with mutants, though traffic did pick up in the early 2270s.
The end of the Crucifix War in 2275 brought more income to the area as brethren soldiers returned to Boardtown. The increase of bounties provided more customers, though few of these spread reviews, concerned of the stigma of Lake Town. This was acceptable to the owner, as it allowed raiders to visit with a minimum trouble. Lilly Pad is currently considering expanding it's lobby to invest in gambling, though this is all talk for now.

Lilly Pad has four female and two male workers who service clients and their needs, as well as a small bar and lounge featuring three slot machines. The workers are a salaried blend of humans, ghouls and mutants who have no better options.
