Cool, Litte V is in Seattle too but in the middle of 'Victory Heights' and 'Chelsea' which I'm calling Matchgrade right now. Would they every meet as friend or foe or is he in a different part of Seattle?

Also, he’s near Emerald City pretty far south of Matchgrade, so I’d say Ivan would not see V as too much competition. Dale Willis and the Gun Runners are a more immediate concern. MongoosePirate (talk) 08:00, January 8, 2018 (UTC)
