Its time for yet another contest! After some discussion with OP on what the topic should be we decided, it was decided that the contest shall be: To make a town located in Canada that is facing some kind of crisis. It doesn't matter what the crisis is whether it be raiders, disease, drought, starvation, whatever. And to the winner, they shall win a supreme example of a Pre-war war machine, a Howitzer to be used in at your discretion in an article of your choosing.
