Character Created on The Wastes

Earlier Today I had registered my new diplomat styled rp character on The Wastes, a fallout fanon/rp site created by (I think) our very own Run4urlife! My character is unfortunately still under going registration and im making multiple edits to him, although im sure the wait will be worth it when I finally get my new character registered.
